- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆you get absolutely 0 starts from the whole city!!!! $75.00 reconnect fee for your water to be turned back on THIS is rediculous. I can understand 25.00 to go turn a little knob but $75.00 that is way to harsh!!!!!!! I wish I could vote everybody out of the city hall because I am tired of the Atchison citizens paying your bonuses and parties and everything else!!!!!!!!
